About the role
- Conduct technical visits and provide post-sales support
- Clarify questions, perform adjustments, and assist with installation of equipment (diluters, dosing pumps, foam generators)
- Monitor quality control parameters and implement corrective actions
- Perform tests and monitor results
- Propose improvements and new products in collaboration with the commercial team
- Support laundry installations and oversee hygiene processes, frequently during nighttime hours.
Requirements
- Experience in industrial hygiene
- Preferred technical background in Chemistry or related fields
- Knowledge of equipment: dosing pumps, diluters, etc.
- Preferred experience with dilutions/ratios, maintenance of dosing equipment, training, and PPHO procedures
- Knowledge of industrial/institutional hygiene
- Availability to travel
- Residency: São Paulo (SP) or Minas Gerais (MG)
- Region of operation: Southeast (SP/MG)
