About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end resource forecasting process, coordinating inputs from stakeholders across lines of business and consolidating a complete 'jigsaw' view
  • Analyse and interrogate data to produce clear, decision-ready insights; present findings confidently to Senior Manager and Director-level stakeholders
  • Streamline and automate clunky, manual processes (e.g., spreadsheet-heavy workflows) by identifying fit-for-purpose tools and implementing improved ways of working
  • Proactively challenge assumptions and represent the data with confidence in senior forums, supporting discussions with Finance and other stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships across a multi-stakeholder environment, chasing actions, maintaining momentum and ensuring timely, high-quality outputs

Requirements

  • Experience in a project controls, resource management, or a similar project/programme environment
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate data, build clear insights, and present information to senior stakeholders (up to Director level)
  • Confidence driving process improvement, including identifying opportunities to streamline and automate reporting and ways of working
  • Stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and align multiple teams to deadlines
  • SC clearance is desirable; otherwise, willingness to go through the SC clearance process
