About the role

  • Manage purchasing activities across internal projects and external customer requirements, ensuring timely and accurate processing of requests.
  • Act as a key point of contact for external customer purchasing queries, providing guidance, updates, and resolution of issues.
  • Support wider business unit teams in preparing and reviewing supplier quotes, pricing models, and customer-facing proposals.
  • Oversee the receipting process for goods and services, ensuring accurate tracking, timely approvals, and alignment with financial controls.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure service levels, delivery timelines, and quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • Experience in purchasing, commercial support, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with basic financial and commercial awareness.
  • Familiarity with purchasing systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and Microsoft Office tools.
