Requirements
- Independent execution of a range of workstreams in the creation of end-to-end technical designs
- Captures detailed customer technical requirements and translation to solution design
- Manages and recommends technical directions and determines optimum solution design
- Reviews and validates processes for new developments and in-life products
- Drives improvement of design and delivery capabilities for technical solutions
- Manages customer solution design engagement and statement of work creation
- Facilitates development of strong customer relationships at senior levels
- Drives consistency in architecture and technical processes
- Undertakes customer migration planning and implementation
- Coordinates impact assessments and design documentation updates
- Resolves complex solution and service issues
- Ensures delivery of thought leadership in complex bids
- Mentors other customer solution designers
