About the role
- Follows excellence procedures and guidelines in pre-sales support for pre-qualified opportunities for all products and services across the BT group.
- Supports in the development and delivery of technical presentations of offerings to new potential customers.
- Participates technical working sessions to jointly architect solutions to vertical and client specific business problems leveraging the BT Group's capabilities with prospective new customers.
- Monitors customer and partner feedback to aide product and services development.
- Supports the review of customer pipelines and assists with deal orchestration and closing for the team.
- Supports in the implementation of ways to improve the sales specialist engineering team's processes.
