About the role

- Perform client tasks and auditing responsibilities in Payroll, Carrier Files, and Demographic Files.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Work closely with the Senior Operations Associate and Operations Manager.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to improve data accuracy.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision.
- Ability to audit inbound demographic files for accuracy and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies in data and take corrective actions.
- Effective communication skills to document procedures and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Experience in Payroll, Carrier Files, and Demographic Files auditing is a plus.
- Collaboration with seniors and managers to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
