About the role
- You assist our customers with specialist queries related to SCM processes (e.g., planning, inventory planning/disposition, logistics, procurement)
- You advise and guide them in using our software solutions BRZ8 and BRZ 365
- You analyze complex issues, immerse yourself in processes, and find sustainable solutions
- You act as a sparring partner for our customers — technically competent, clear, and solution-oriented
- You work closely with Development, Product Management, and Consulting
Requirements
- Professional experience in Supply Chain Management (e.g., industry, retail, logistics, manufacturing)
- Willingness to develop technically and to dive deeper into software and IT
- Ideally some exposure to IT systems, ERP, planning tools, or software support (not required)
- Enjoy explaining complex matters in an understandable way
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking, initiative, and team spirit
