About the role

  • You support our clients with professional questions related to SCM processes (e.g., planning, procurement/sourcing, inventory management, logistics)
  • You advise and assist them in using our software solutions BRZ8 and BRZ 365
  • You analyze complex issues, immerse yourself in processes, and develop sustainable solutions
  • You act as a sparring partner for our clients — professionally competent, clear, and solution-oriented
  • You work closely with Development, Product Management and Consulting

Requirements

  • Professional experience in Supply Chain Management (e.g., industry, retail, logistics, production)
  • Interest in developing technically and delving deeper into software & IT
  • Ideally some initial exposure to IT systems, ERP, planning tools, or software support (not required)
  • Enjoy explaining complex topics in a clear and understandable way
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking, proactivity, and team spirit
