About the role
- Point of contact for our clients in finance and accounting
- Professional support for the use of our financial modules on the BRZ 365 Finance platform
- Identify and escalate root causes of functional or process-related issues
- Actively contribute to optimizing the service, support, and process landscape
- Create and maintain knowledge documentation and training materials
- Conduct training — one-on-one or in groups
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in accounting/finance (e.g., bookkeeping, controlling, period/year-end closing)
- Customer- and service-oriented
- Technical understanding and interest in software products
- Structured, self-directed, proactive, and a team player
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Willingness to work both on-site (Leipzig or Nuremberg) and remotely (home office)
