About the role

  • You are the primary point of contact for our customers regarding questions about financial and accounting processes in our software
  • You will learn how to map business processes digitally and help find solutions for accounting or process-related questions
  • You support the maintenance and development of our finance modules — e.g., bookkeeping, financial accounting, and payment processing
  • Together with experienced colleagues, you ensure our customers keep track of their finances
  • You document frequently asked questions and help create clear guides and training materials
  • Gradually you will also take on customer training independently and actively contribute your expertise

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training — e.g., as a tax clerk, bank clerk, industrial clerk, payroll accountant, office management clerk, or an equivalent qualification
  • You enjoy working with numbers, like logical thinking, and are curious about digital processes
  • You may already have some experience with accounting or ERP software
  • You communicate in a friendly, solution-oriented manner and enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues
  • You work in a structured way, are reliable, and enjoy learning new things
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
