About the role
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate internal communications and assist with organizing HR-related events or training
- Manage time-off records and employee queries related to HR policies
- Assist with invoice tracking, processing, and filing
- Support the finance team with expense reports, receipt collection, and reconciliation tasks
- Help prepare documentation for auditors and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via Intercom and other support platforms
- Route queries to the appropriate team and ensure timely follow-up
- Track recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative, HR, accounting, or customer support roles
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Intercom, and HR/Finance platforms
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in a tech or SaaS company
- Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Notion, or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
