Report to an Engagement Manager and PMO Lead for client engagements
Work on varying sizes and functionalities with consultants to deliver NetSuite implementations
Be proactive and serve as the Client's advocate during engagements
Coordinate scheduling of tasks, meetings, activities
Manage project timeline, work breakdown, resource allocation, and budget
Lead Client project status and steering committee meetings
Ensure quality management of communications and deliverables
Manage full-cycle NetSuite implementation: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, Support
Contribute to internal company initiatives like knowledge management and enablement

Requirements

Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
5+ years managing ERP implementations
2+ years experience implementing multi-million dollar/large contracts
Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
Strong background in managing projects within consulting services or other professional services setting
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a virtual environment and comfortable leading conference onsite workshops
Ability to or experience in being a mentor to other Project Managers to help increase their knowledge and skills
Experience managing projects with teams of 5+ working across multiple workstreams
