About the role
- Create and manage franchisee accounts and data within membership management systems
- Migrate critical franchisee documentation and records into FranConnect franchise management platform (training provided)
- Provide administrative support to address operational needs across the franchise network
- Collaborate with the headquarters operations team to ensure seamless franchisee support delivery
- Handle backend CRM setup and configuration tasks for optimal system performance
- Assist franchisees with administrative needs through centralized support processes
- Maintain accurate data management and organizational systems for franchise operations
- Support system transitions and process improvements during the company’s growth phase
Requirements
- Proven administrative assistant experience, preferably with international clients
- Strong CRM experience, particularly with backend setup and configuration
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems and adapt to evolving processes
- Excellent organizational and data management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
- Experience with membership management systems - Hapana Core, MindBody, or similar platforms is a must
