About the role

  • Hire, train, and supervise all dock level personnel
  • Ensure all dock staff have proper certifications and up-to-date training
  • Develop monthly dock staff schedule and manage payroll
  • Travel to locations within the district to support employees
  • Maintain a cooperative team attitude with supervisors and fellow employees
  • Correspond with members on location related issues
  • Ensure fleet condition is up to brand standards
  • Create and execute a weekly cleaning and maintenance schedule

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s or Vocational degree
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong verbal and written communication and people skills
  • Managerial and diplomacy skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
