About the role
- National on-site service and support for FT-IR, NIR and Raman spectroscopy systems, as well as other technologies
- Installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, system diagnostics, and relocation support
- Process integration of analytical instruments
- Network integration of analytical systems with specialized software solutions
- User training and onboarding for instruments and applications
- If required: support for the remote solutions center
- On request: support for in-house repairs
- If required: support in preparing service-related documentation
- Frequent travel and overnight stays are required
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable experience
- Strong technical knowledge in electronics and mechanics; experience in optics is an advantage
- Proven experience with FT-IR, NIR and Raman spectroscopy; experience in remote diagnostics and/or microscopy is a clear plus
- Field service experience
- Fluent in German and solid written and spoken English
