About the role
- Guide a talented team and manage brand sales and marketing plans
- Monitor business performance and ensure team clarity on objectives
- Build and manage brand sales/marketing plans and budgets
- Analyze and plan full channel business and lead pricing strategies
- Serve as the primary contact with distributor leadership
- Manage execution of assigned state commercial and chain plans
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry
- Proven ability to build relationships with distributors and accounts
- Excellent management and development skills
- Knowledge of the three-tier distribution system
- Capable of meeting multiple deadlines and juggling projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be able and willing to travel up to 30% of the time
- Valid driver’s license required
