About the role
- Provide expert consulting services across all aspects of pharmacy benefits for our National Pharmacy Team, supporting health plan clients.
- Deliver client presentations in collaboration with the pharmacy team and analytic teams.
- Analyze pharmacy benefit utilization and trends using reporting developed by analytic team.
- Respond to ongoing client issues and other client/partner requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of pharmacy utilization and financial performance to provide key insights to clients.
- Support PBM implementations and benefit changes.
- Participate in RFP, procurement, and renewal processes.
- Collaborate with clinicians, analysts, actuaries, and other specialists within the National Pharmacy Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefit/healthcare consulting or pharmacy benefit management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
