About the role

  • Handle inbound/outbound phone calls to Quote/Bind new business policies
  • Navigate through several rating systems simultaneously
  • Track monthly production to reach Quote, Bind Ratio and Premium Goals
  • Assist Field Sales to Follow-up on Select Sales Opportunities
  • Meet/Exceed Monthly Goals Established for the Instant Quote Team
  • Answer 20 – 30 New Business Quoting/Binding calls per day

Requirements

  • Required: High school diploma
  • Previous one year experience in the insurance industry
  • MS Office Suite proficiency
  • Property/Casualty and Surplus Lines License
  • Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree in business or financial related discipline
