About the role
- Handle inbound/outbound phone calls to Quote/Bind new business policies
- Navigate through several rating systems simultaneously
- Track monthly production to reach Quote, Bind Ratio and Premium Goals
- Assist Field Sales to Follow-up on Select Sales Opportunities
- Meet/Exceed Monthly Goals Established for the Instant Quote Team
- Answer 20 – 30 New Business Quoting/Binding calls per day
Requirements
- Required: High school diploma
- Previous one year experience in the insurance industry
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- Property/Casualty and Surplus Lines License
- Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree in business or financial related discipline
