About the role
- Ensure that enterprise solutions conform to the approved functional specifications
- Design, development and execution of custom test plans
- Track defects, resolution and documentation via QA testing tools
- Create and execute test scenarios to support application releases
- Perform regression and smoke testing to support application releases
- Interaction/communication/follow through with team members throughout testing phase
- Create user guides and documentation as necessary
- Adhere to a set schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness.
- Practical working knowledge of software testing methodology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with development staff.
