About the role
- Maintains extensive, technical knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance.
- Provides leadership in MSP compliance, product development, and instructional design.
- Ensures expert application of Medicare Secondary Payer statutes.
- Participates in the definition and development of MSP related corporate policies, procedures and processes.
- Performs Settlement Consultant and strategy functions for all IMPAXX customers.
- Answers questions regarding allocation, specific product, or MSP compliance in general.
- Assists sales team and marketing department with educating customers on product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; JD preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation or Liability insurance industry
- Working knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Statute preferred
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in PowerPoint
- Exceptional professional face to face and telephone demeanor
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
