About the role

  • You handle all customer inquiries and serve as the first point of contact for our community
  • You manage requests across multiple channels such as email, phone and social media
  • You find quick, pragmatic, and customer-focused solutions for every concern — e.g., questions about orders, returns or our products
  • You maintain and update customer records in our CRM system and ensure clear documentation
  • You record customer feedback and help us continuously improve our processes and customer service
  • You work closely with our purchasing team, our stores and our external logistics partner

Requirements

  • You are a currently enrolled student
  • Strong communication is one of your strengths: you are friendly, patient and know how to communicate effectively across different channels
  • You always act with the customer in mind — the needs of our community come first for you
  • Solution-oriented thinking and proactive problem solving are natural to you
  • You have a technical affinity: CRM systems and modern communication tools are familiar to you
  • You have very good German (C1) and good English (B2) skills, both written and spoken
