About the role
- Lead a retail banking branch team to deliver outstanding member experience
- Model and coach branch team on member relationships and business development
- Build relationships with commercial clients and collaborate with other departments
Requirements
- Associate degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of three years of Branch Management experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of three years’ service experience with proven results
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, written, and auditory communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change, and think strategically
- Flexibility to work out of any location at any time, based on business needs
- Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time
