Support management of the GSMS and OOTP P&L, including consolidation, performance tracking, and financial governance
Lead monthly close analysis, including variance reporting and preparation of executive-level materials
Drive core planning processes, including Annual Operating Plan, forecast cycles, Strategic Plan, and Risks & Opportunities (R&O) updates
Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, resource allocation decisions, and sales productivity initiatives
Provide financial oversight of operating expense (Opex), including tracking targets and identifying efficiency opportunities
Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to enhance visibility into performance drivers
Collaborate closely with Controllership, Investor Relations, Segment Finance, and enterprise FP&A to ensure alignment and transparency
Support cross-functional initiatives and process improvements to strengthen analytics, reporting efficiency, and governance

Requirements

5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, or related field
Strong understanding of P&L mechanics, forecasting methodologies, and operating expense management
Advanced capabilities in financial modeling, data analytics, and visualization, with experience working in large or complex data environment
Systems and tools proficiency: TM1, Oracle, and Power BI required; Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data analytics tools a plus.
