About the role
- Design and format proxy statements, annual reports, and related shareholder materials
- Apply established brand guidelines while ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met
- Prepare layouts, charts, tables, and infographics for print and digital distribution
- Revise documents based on client and internal feedback with speed and accuracy
- Ensure consistency in typography, formatting, and visual hierarchy
- Perform quality checks to confirm accuracy of design elements and alignment with source files
- Collaborate with senior designers and production teams to meet tight market driven deadlines
- Organize and maintain project files according to team standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- 0 to 2 years of professional design experience, internship experience considered
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat
- Strong typography and layout skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a structured production environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
