About the role
- Define and own the end‑to‑end product strategy and roadmap for tokenization and digital asset initiatives.
- Identify high‑impact use cases for tokenization across capital markets and post‑trade workflows.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and client discovery through delivery, iteration, and scale.
- Serve as a senior subject‑matter expert on tokenization models and digital asset lifecycle management.
- Partner directly with Broadridge clients to understand evolving needs and validate product direction.
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team of product managers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related leadership roles within fintech, financial services technology, or market infrastructure.
- 5+ years of experience working with digital assets, blockchain, tokenization, or distributed ledger technology in regulated or institutional contexts.
- Strong understanding of capital markets infrastructure, including post-trade processing, asset servicing, governance, or regulatory reporting.
- Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder platforms in highly regulated environments.
- Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to influence senior leaders and external clients.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
