About the role
- Assist the Product Manager, and eventually, own the product vision and roadmap for Omnichannel Reporting
- Partner with data and engineering teams to understand and influence data pipelines and models
- Identify new data attributes, KPIs, and metrics as analytics capabilities expand
- Design, build, and enhance dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools
- Translate business questions into clear, actionable analytics requirements
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and usability
- Collaborate with operational, strategy, and client-facing teams to gather feedback and prioritize enhancements
- Explore new tools and approaches, including AI-assisted analytics and prototyping platforms
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Analytics-focused role working with data-driven products
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working directly with data
- Understanding of data pipelines, data models, and how analytics products are built
- Curiosity and self-motivation to learn new tools and technologies
- Interest in AI, automation, and rapid prototyping (“builder” mentality)
- Ability to explain complex data concepts in clear, business-friendly terms.
