Manage CXO level support for endpoints, provide recommendations for and support meeting events.
Act as the team lead if at a site with multiple endpoint support associates to help manage priorities and workload.
Mentor others on advanced diagnostic techniques and tools for unusual or performance-related problems.
Articulate business impact and criticality of an issue.
Be a key participant in execution of office integrations.
Possess understanding of PCI compliance regulations and how it impacts endpoint technology and support.
Evaluate major benefits and drawbacks of the new version and release of software distribution.
Consult on advanced functions and utilities of the organization's PC/Workstation/Mobile software.
Advise on performance monitoring and tuning techniques for PC/Workstation/Mobile software.
Train new associates and contingent workers to ensure they understand and comply with Broadridge standards.
Have the ability to analyze code, logs, and current systems as part of advanced troubleshooting.
Have strong understanding of WebEx cloud solutions administration and provisioning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience.
A+ Certification.
At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Expert understanding of BR endpoint technologies and tools.
Expert understanding of BR endpoint computing policies and BISG related policies.
Ability to represent Endpoint Computing with confidence when interacting with other technological groups.
Confidence around higher management, ability to handle CXO level support for endpoint technology and events.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to mentor and assist other team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
