About the role
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding of new clients across multiple segments, products, and regions
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent onboarding programs
- Ensure onboarding programs have clear scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria
- Build and manage a portfolio view of all active and upcoming onboarding programs
- Act as senior escalation point for key client onboarding initiatives
- Establish and lead cross-functional governance forums
- Design and refine onboarding frameworks and templates
- Own onboarding budgets and financial performance
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive program management experience
- Significant experience managing multiple concurrent onboarding or implementation programs
- Proven ability to deliver programs on time and within budget
- Demonstrated success in senior client-facing roles
- Experience managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Advanced proficiency in program/project management tools and methods
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
