About the role
- Advance Broadridge’s sustainability strategy and drive progress toward near-term and long-term emissions reduction goals.
- Lead the development of supplier engagement program and contribute to disclosures aligned with global sustainability frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver accurate insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend strategies that drive meaningful progress toward Broadridge’s environmental commitments.
- Ensure compliance with leading sustainability frameworks and standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, SBTi, TCFD, CDP, etc.).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to reduce emissions and improve overall sustainability performance.
- Conduct advanced analysis and modeling to evaluate sustainability initiatives, identify risks, and measure impact.
- Create or contribute to internal business cases for sustainability investments by modeling potential financial and reputational impacts.
- Translate findings into reports, presentations, and dashboards for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and external audiences.
- Stay current on emerging regulations, best practices, and industry trends in corporate sustainability and climate policy.
- Support scenario planning and risk assessments related to regulatory change and carbon pricing.
- Recommend enhancements to Broadridge’s sustainability systems, data quality processes, and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related discipline; Master’s degree a plus.
- 4+ years of professional experience in corporate sustainability, ESG, environmental consulting, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with GHG accounting, sustainability reporting, and supplier engagement programs.
- Working knowledge of reporting frameworks and standards (e.g. GHG Protocol, CDP, SBTi, TCFD, CSRD, etc.).
- Strong data and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel is required—experience with tools like Power BI or carbon accounting software preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and build trust with both internal teams and external suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
