💰 $110,000 - $115,000 per year
About the role
- Working with the product owner to ensure the team are delivering on refined stories in a prioritized fashion to maximum business benefit
- Facilitate agile processes including: sprint iteration planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint demo and retrospectives and release planning
- Ensure removal of team level impediments and escalates non-team level blockers to conclusion
- Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts.
- Facilitate group meetings such as workshops.
- Act as liaison between multiple business teams, technology teams and vendors to facilitate communications and support a shared vision of delivered functionality
- Maintain appropriate project documentation
- Timely communication of project statuses
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Scrum Master experience with a Software Development team
- Project management experience in the financial services or technology industry
- Experience managing multiple/combined complex projects in a successful program
- Scrum Alliance CSM (required)
- CSP certification or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP) preferred
- MS Office, MS Project, JIRA and Confluence
- Highly Organized
- Attention to detail
- Verbal and Written communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Consensus building and negotiating skills
