About the role

  • Collaborate with Project Coordinators to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Develop dashboards using Automated Intelligence (AI) to support Release Coordinators in client deliveries.
  • Prepare artifacts to assist the team in utilizing AI and developed efficiencies.
  • Provide assistance on various tasks related to internal processes.
  • Reconcile reports and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year University Degree or College Diploma program
  • Solid understanding and experience with the wealth management industry (preferably in banking, funds, or transfer agencies)
  • Focus on Automated Intelligence and building efficiencies
  • Previous experience in an office, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
