About the role
- Lead and prioritize the development team’s work to ensure alignment with product vision and company goals.
- Translate product strategies into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects market needs and company objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients, to refine the product vision and strategy.
- Handle end-to-end delivery of product features from concept through to launch.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and end-user needs through continuous feedback and iteration.
- Manage and evaluate the backlog, setting priorities based on customer feedback, strategic value, and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate communication and articulate the product’s vision clearly to both the development team and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and enhancements.
- Act as product champion, advocating for beneficial changes and enhancements to drive product success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology / Systems
- 3–6 years of product management experience
- Extensive knowledge of Wealth Management Back Office and Business Management applications.
- Analytical skills and ability to effectively analyze and interpret complex data.
- In-depth understanding of front and back-office brokerage business operations.
- Strong capability to produce and manage detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and familiar with the software development lifecycle.
- Competent in database management and intermediate SQL knowledge.
