Lead global tax strategy focused on optimizing effective tax rate, cash tax, and operational efficiency.
Oversee execution of tax planning initiatives, including energy credits, FDII, R&D, and other global incentives.
Direct and review M&A tax diligence, structuring, and post-acquisition integration.
Provide executive-level insight on domestic and international tax developments impacting the organization.
Ensure compliance with global tax laws, reporting, and transfer pricing requirements.
Manage relationships with external advisors and tax authorities.
Mentor and develop tax team members while fostering cross-functional partnership with finance, legal, and operations.
Support quarterly and annual tax provision processes and communicate results to senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA or advanced degree (LL.M./MST) strongly preferred.
10–15 years of progressive corporate tax experience, including leadership roles in public accounting or large multinational firms.
Deep technical knowledge across U.S. and international tax, including GILTI, FDII, BEPS 2.0, and transfer pricing.
Proven record of managing global projects and M&A transactions.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with executive presence.
