About the role

Provide end-to-end deployment support across Implementation, UAT, and Production environments
Plan, coordinate, and execute application upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
Ensure deployments are delivered on schedule, with minimal disruption to client services
Validate and certify deployments in UAT before moving to production
Diagnose and resolve environment-related, software, and operational issues
Proactively monitor environments to identify potential risks and performance bottlenecks
Create and maintain detailed deployment runbooks, technical documentation, and support guides
Identify opportunities to enhance deployment efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve reliability

Requirements

Knowledge of deployment and environment support
Experience with application upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
Ability to diagnose and resolve environment-related, software, and operational issues
Experience in monitoring environments to identify potential risks and performance bottlenecks
Familiarity with documentation and knowledge sharing best practices
Experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
