About the role

  • Lead Broadridge in using Scrum framework within teams to deliver high impact value to the organization
  • Facilitate the successful delivery of highly visible, complex projects in support of Broadridge’s technology product development teams
  • Direct Associate level Scrum Masters and lead setting up of “best practices” to exemplify the values and principles of Agile and Scrum
  • Mentor project Scrum team to exemplify Agile and Scrum values and principles
  • Act as a Servant-Leader and Coach to the Scrum team
  • Facilitate Agile processes including: sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint demo and retrospectives
  • Manage release plans, iteration plans, forecasting and status reporting for designated projects
  • Ensure successful completion of assigned projects and programs through effective facilitation and leadership
  • Build a safe and trusting environment for the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-5 years of Scrum Master Experience with a Software Development team
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the financial services or technology industry
  • 5+ years experience managing multiple/combined complex projects in a successful program
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques – Automated Testing, Agile Central, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Testing, Pairing, Agile Games, etc.
  • Scrum Alliance CSM (required)
  • CSP certification or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
