About the role
- Conceive and develop leadership silicon technology for leading AI/ML and cloud operators
- Work on leading edge products in Ethernet/IP switching for multi-scale data centers
- Create flows & support synthesis / timing for new designs
- Collaborate with worldwide design and architecture teams
Requirements
- BSEE and 15+ years of industry experience in flow development, synthesis constraints development / STA
- MSEE and 13+ years of industry experience
- Strong design background preferred
- Strong scripting/automation experience using Python / Perl
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Self-starter and strong team player
