About the role
- Manage, mentor, and lead a team of validation engineers
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive validation strategies
- Pay exceptional attention to detail in reviewing test results, bug reports, and validation documentation
- Collaborate closely with ASIC and IP design teams
- Establish and monitor key quality metrics, providing regular reports on system readiness and validation progress
- Lead the root cause analysis (RCA) process for complex failures identified during validation
- Drive the adoption of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelor ’ s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- 15 + years of experience in product validation, quality assurance, or testing
- 5 + years in a management or lead role
- Demonstrated expertise in test planning, test execution, and defect tracking
- Proficiency in test automation scripting languages (e.g., Python)
- Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering dedication to accuracy
