About the role

  • Provide tactical support across HR subsystems, including recruitment and selection, organizational development, performance management, organizational culture, compensation and benefits, in accordance with the team structure;
  • Provide support and guidance to leaders in managing their teams, covering HR practices, labor legislation, and internal policies;
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes for strategic and more complex positions, ensuring the attraction of talent aligned with the organizational culture;
  • Plan, implement and monitor development, training and succession programs aimed at employees’ professional growth;
  • Support the performance management cycle, including conducting evaluations, feedback sessions and individual development plans;
  • Analyze and interpret HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, engagement and performance, proposing data-driven improvement actions;
  • Collaborate on organizational culture, climate and employee engagement projects;
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and the company’s internal policies, guaranteeing consistency and adherence;
  • Support audits, prepare management reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes;
  • Act as a focal point for HR projects and actively participate in organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience using HR metrics and reports;
  • Excellent communication, consultative approach and strong interpersonal relationship-building skills;
  • Organized, autonomous and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to align HR actions to business needs.
