About the role
- Deliver high quality risk oversight by analysing risk and control performance
- Support the Bank’s Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process
- Manage the Risk Incident Management framework
- Identify trends and emerging risks through data analysis
- Maintain the central risk and control library
- Prepare clear reports for senior stakeholders that highlight risk themes
- Administer and optimise the Bank’s Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system
- Provide effective support to users
- Promote continuous improvement and support delivery of the team’s strategic objectives
Requirements
- In this role you will deliver high quality risk oversight by analysing risk and control performance
- Supporting the Bank’s Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process
- Managing the Risk Incident Management framework
- Identifying trends and emerging risks through data analysis and assurance activities
- Maintaining the central risk and control library
- Preparing clear, insightful reports for senior stakeholders that highlight key risk themes and opportunities for improvement
- Administering and optimising the Bank’s Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system
- Providing effective support to users
- Offering pragmatic risk and control advice
- Providing second line oversight of key change initiatives
- Developing guidance and training for colleagues across the Bank
