About the role

  • Providing comprehensive, site-facing customer support to address training needs.
  • Conducting thorough training impact assessments for new documents.
  • Designing and delivering comprehensive onboarding programs.
  • Collaborating with content developers for effective training materials.
  • Developing and managing customized role-based curricula.
  • Acting as a conduit between GPS Learning and all sites.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive cGMP training programs.
  • Providing targeted job-specific training across all GPS locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • Extensive cGMP Quality Knowledge: Possesses extensive knowledge of cGMP Quality, particularly in training.
  • Stakeholder Interaction and Influence: Capable of effectively interacting with and influencing multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Critical Problem Interpretation and Communication: Skilled in interpreting problems and communicating solutions clearly.
  • Coaching and Development: Proficient in coaching others, talent selection, and developing team members.
  • Independent Mindset and Tenacity: Demonstrates an independent mindset and tenacity.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Leadership and collaborative skills to drive team performance.
  • Strategic Thinking and Innovation Management: Skilled in strategic thinking and negotiation.
  • Autonomous Decision-Making: Requires minimal direction to complete tasks.
