About the role
- Own product areas end-to-end, from understanding teacher problems to shipping and iterating on solutions
- Drive execution on complex initiatives where the path forward isn’t obvious and tradeoffs matter
- Align engineering, design, sales, and leadership around clear priorities — without slowing teams down
- Translate powerful AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy experiences that create real value for educators
- Use data and teacher feedback to inform decisions, not just validate them
- Write clear specs and create lightweight prototypes that help teams move fast with confidence
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced, venture-backed startups building products for diverse users
- A strong operator mindset — you take ownership, remove blockers, and care deeply about shipping
- A demonstrated execution track record, especially in environments with evolving requirements and tight timelines
- Excitement about AI’s potential in education, and the ability to turn emerging capabilities into responsible, user-centered products
- Excellent stakeholder judgment — you balance perspectives, navigate tradeoffs, and create clarity with empathy
- Deep data orientation — you define success upfront and know how to pull insights that actually inform decisions
- Experience partnering closely with founders and/or senior leaders, with the confidence to challenge thoughtfully and decide what’s needed next
