About the role
- Driving revenue growth from both new and existing customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, driving repeat business, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to sales staff.

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, sales management, or business development.
- Demonstrated success in generating revenue from both new and existing customers.
- Experience managing or mentoring sales staff.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and translate technical solutions into customer value.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting.
