About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across your regional territory
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities within an assigned territory
- Present solutions to prospective clients and close new business that drives revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transition from sale to implementation
- Conduct market research to uncover current and future business opportunities
- Create and implement account growth strategies and track ongoing deals in Salesforce
Requirements
- 1+ years of direct sales experience required
- Developed business acumen and concise communication skills
- Strong experience in building and executing account growth strategies
- Exceptional cold calling, networking, and negotiation skills
- Ability to connect with C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Must be willing to travel 60% for in person customer facing appointments
