About the role
- Act as the trusted product authority, empowering sales teams
- Transform solution capabilities into compelling value stories
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Pricing
- Uncover and qualify customer pain points and objectives
- Contribute to proposal development, including solution design,
- Define success criteria during Proof‑of‑Concept phases
- Capture customer insights and market signals for product development
- Partner with Product Leaders to align execution with product strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a strong plus
- 10+ years’ experience in sales or solution‑based selling
- Strong understanding of solution portfolios
- Familiarity with technologies such as Digital Retail Solutions (DRS), smart safes, self‑checkout, and ATMs
- Confident, articulate communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities, projects, and timelines simultaneously
- Demonstrated dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion
