Support Engineer

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting of drone systems in support of active customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across software, firmware, and hardware.
• Act as the primary point of contact for public safety customers, providing responsive support around the clock.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and QC teams to drive issue resolution and product improvements.
• Maintain after-hours support rotation (“cadre of technical support”) to ensure continuous service.
• Travel up to 25% to customer sites, field operations, or conferences.
• Document issues, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to training materials.

Technical Support Specialist

Product Marketing

• Develop and own clear, compelling positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate BRINC in the public safety market.
• Translate complex hardware and software capabilities into crisp customer value propositions that resonate with law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical officials.
• Run a living competitive intelligence program — tracking competitor products, pricing, and positioning to inform both sales strategy and product decisions.
• Own product launches end-to-end, from GTM strategy and asset creation through sales enablement and post-launch measurement.
• Develop a library of sales tools: one-pagers, battlecards, demo scripts, product videos, and technical documentation.
• Partner with Content and Design teams to develop marketing campaigns and digital programs that drive product awareness and pipeline.
• Surface actionable insights through ongoing customer interviews, ride-alongs, and field research — feeding findings directly into marketing strategy and product direction.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, sharing what you learn with Sales, Product Engineering, and Leadership to influence roadmap priorities.
• Work with Product and Engineering to identify and prioritize software improvements based on competitive gaps and field feedback.
• Coordinate usability testing and customer pilots, synthesizing results into clear recommendations for the R&D team.

Product Marketing Manager

Compliance

• Prepare, submit, and manage FAA regulatory authorizations, waivers, and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations
• Serve as a regulatory subject matter resource for internal teams and public safety partners navigating the FAA authorization processes
• Proactively engage with public safety partners to understand their needs, provide timely service, and address any issues or concerns maintaining strong relationships during the regulatory approval lifecycle.
• Track and manage submission pipelines, managing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, follow-ups, and regulatory milestones are met
• Identify regulatory challenges and develop creative problem-solving strategies to support successful approvals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving FAA regulations, policies, and authorization pathways relevant to public safety aviation operations
• Work closely with BRINC’s Project Management & Customer Success teams
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Teams to ensure aircraft capabilities, software features, and operational procedures align with FAA regulatory frameworks
