Marketing

• Partner with the VP of Strategy and MarComms to plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand for BRINC products
• Own campaign execution end-to-end — from creative briefs and asset development to deployment, tracking, and optimization
• Develop customer-win materials: case studies, win announcements, testimonials, and proof-point content that showcase BRINC's impact in the field
• Support product launches with go-to-market coordination, messaging development, and marketing collateral
• Create and manage marketing assets across channels including web, email, events, paid, and social
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing is tightly aligned with pipeline priorities and product direction
• Track and report on campaign performance; use data to identify what's working and iterate accordingly
• Manage external agency and vendor relationships as needed
• Help build out BRINC's marketing function over time — including processes, tooling, and playbooks

Marketing Manager

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, running debriefs, negotiating offers, and HR handoff.
• Evaluate technical & non-technical skills, cultural/behavioral fit, and alignment with BRINC’s mission.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and provide insights on market trends and talent availability.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve our talent acquisition process, including diversity hiring, employer branding, and candidate experience.
• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber candidates for both immediate needs and future opportunities.
• Leverage data to track and report key recruitment metrics, ensuring hiring targets are met and recruitment strategies are continuously improved.
• Collaborate closely with the People Operations team to support talent planning and onboarding.

Recruiter

Account Executive

• Develop and manage relationships with Fire/EMS agencies throughout an assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for command staff, training divisions, operations personnel, and elected officials.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on public safety UAS operations, deployment models, regulatory considerations, and best practices.
• Work with agencies to develop Drone as First Responder (DFR), HazMat, USAR, wildfire, and emergency response programs.
• Assist departments in evaluating funding opportunities, budget development, and implementation planning.
• Collaborate with BRINC product, engineering, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure customer success.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote BRINC solutions and strengthen industry relationships.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies, public safety trends, and the evolving UAS landscape.

Account Executive, Fire/EMS

SDET

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites that provide API, integration, and end-to-end coverage across the LiveOps web platform and backend services.
• Own end-to-end and regression testing for core LiveOps features, including live video streaming, teleoperation, fleet management, data management, and third-party integrations.
• Validate IAM and security controls across the platform, including Amazon Cognito, multi-tenant authentication and authorization, and Lambda authorizers, to support SOC 2 compliance and safeguard sensitive public safety data.
• Validate machine learning and computer vision model outputs from BRINC's autonomy stack, including object detection, segmentation, and classification models, testing output correctness, confidence thresholds, and regression behavior across model versions.
• Validate health monitoring and observability, exercising alerting pipelines, DynamoDB Streams, and CloudWatch alarm behavior to ensure failures are detected and surfaced in production.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to deliver fast, reliable quality feedback and gate releases into production.
• Build and maintain test infrastructure, environments, and test data to enable repeatable, high-quality testing.
• Design and execute performance, load, and reliability testing for real-time, low-latency services such as live video streaming and teleoperation.
• Partner with backend, frontend, cloud, and device software engineers to define test strategy and acceptance criteria, shifting quality earlier in the development cycle.
• Triage failures, perform root-cause analysis, track defects, and produce clear quality metrics and release-readiness reports, while championing testing and quality best practices across the team.
