Product Manager

• Support partner integrations and onboarding as Brim deploys to new banks and fintech clients, through launch and iteration
• Interact directly with clients throughout the integration and onboarding process
• Own product requirements and specifications, translating partner and business needs into clear requirements and technical specifications
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance on day-to-day delivery and technical design discussions
• Analyze product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to inform prioritization and measure post-launch impact
• Document specifications, decisions, and workflows to keep cross-functional teams aligned as the product evolves
