About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support partner integrations and onboarding as Brim deploys to new banks and fintech clients, through launch and iteration
- Interact directly with clients throughout the integration and onboarding process
- Own product requirements and specifications, translating partner and business needs into clear requirements and technical specifications
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance on day-to-day delivery and technical design discussions
- Analyze product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to inform prioritization and measure post-launch impact
- Document specifications, decisions, and workflows to keep cross-functional teams aligned as the product evolves
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–2 years of hands-on product, analytical, or technical experience; internships and co-ops count
- High agency and self-starter mindset with strong ownership
- Curiosity about credit cards and payments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-focused, and ambiguous environment
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with design thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn credit cards, payments, and rewards
- Prior fintech, payments, or credit card infrastructure experience is a bonus
- Exposure to B2B product implementations or partner integrations is a bonus
- Experience with AI coding tools or LLM APIs is a bonus
- Hands-on experience with Linear or Confluence is a bonus
