About the role
- Serve as strategic solution architects – combining platform mastery with an ability to design, position, and deliver differentiated Salesforce solutions.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across key domains such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash processes.
- Translate client business challenges into scalable Salesforce-based solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- Architect and validate complex enterprise-level designs across Salesforce ecosystem components (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, CPQ, Mulesoft, etc.).
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to drive RFP responses, client demos, solution workshops, and estimations.
- Craft high-impact solution narratives, business cases, and value propositions aligned to client priorities.
- Mentor teams and enable capability development across pre-sales and delivery units.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with 3–5 years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or client-facing consulting roles.
- Role 1: Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein 1, and Omni-channel architecture.
- Role 2: Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, and AppExchange integrations.
- Role 3: Lead-to-Cash processes, CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud, and order management.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application/Technical Architect preferred; additional domain-specific certifications a plus.
