Serve as strategic solution architects – combining platform mastery with an ability to design, position, and deliver differentiated Salesforce solutions.
Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across key domains such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash processes.
Translate client business challenges into scalable Salesforce-based solutions with measurable business outcomes.
Architect and validate complex enterprise-level designs across Salesforce ecosystem components (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, CPQ, Mulesoft, etc.).
Partner with sales and delivery teams to drive RFP responses, client demos, solution workshops, and estimations.
Craft high-impact solution narratives, business cases, and value propositions aligned to client priorities.
Mentor teams and enable capability development across pre-sales and delivery units.
Requirements
12+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with 3–5 years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or client-facing consulting roles.
Role 1: Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein 1, and Omni-channel architecture.
Role 2: Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, and AppExchange integrations.
Role 3: Lead-to-Cash processes, CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud, and order management.
