- Project Manager :

Requirements
- We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer to build, train, and optimize agentic AI models across validation, orchestration, and execution phases.
- The ideal candidate will have strong AI/ML expertise, hands-on model development skills, and a deep understanding of autonomous agent design.
- Key Responsibilities
- Build and train agentic AI models for orchestration, validation, and execution workflows
- Develop intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making
- Implement and optimize NLP, RL, and ML-driven components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agent workflows into larger systems
- Technical Skills
- Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Knowledge of NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and AI orchestration concepts
- Familiarity with agent-based model development and evaluation
- Programming Skills
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience in R (optional)
- Hands-on use of AI-specific libraries and toolkits
- Logical & Design Skills
- AI model design and tuning
- Agent orchestration and workflow design
- Decision-making and reasoning algorithm development
- Experience Range 5 to 12 years in AI/ML development or related areas
