Requirements

  • We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer to build, train, and optimize agentic AI models across validation, orchestration, and execution phases.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong AI/ML expertise, hands-on model development skills, and a deep understanding of autonomous agent design.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Build and train agentic AI models for orchestration, validation, and execution workflows
  • Develop intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making
  • Implement and optimize NLP, RL, and ML-driven components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agent workflows into larger systems
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch
  • Knowledge of NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and AI orchestration concepts
  • Familiarity with agent-based model development and evaluation
  • Programming Skills
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience in R (optional)
  • Hands-on use of AI-specific libraries and toolkits
  • Logical & Design Skills
  • AI model design and tuning
  • Agent orchestration and workflow design
  • Decision-making and reasoning algorithm development
  • Experience Range 5 to 12 years in AI/ML development or related areas
