About the role

  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts for ServiceNow services in the UK market.
  • Build and leverage relationships with ServiceNow sales, alliances, and partner teams.
  • Position our advisory, implementation, and managed services portfolio to align with client business needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure.
  • Work in close collaboration with Brillio’s presales team & practice teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs.
  • Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years selling ServiceNow services.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment with mid-tier or new-age IT services providers.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem (partners, alliances, go-to-market motions).
  • Strong track record of net-new business acquisition in the UK market.
  • Excellent relationship building, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the business challenges associated within enterprise customers and how ServiceNow helps solve them
  • Strong understanding of the possibilities of ServiceNow and how it integrates and associates itself to other toolsets
  • Appreciation of surrounding toolsets and competing platforms, and the benefits of ServiceNow over these surrounding and competing toolsets
  • Ability to operate independently with a hunter’s mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
